The BELL 412EP of Aviacion Civil Salta is produced by Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. This turbine helicopter is able to fly over wide urban areas day, night and in instrumental meteorological conditions.

The BELL 412EP of ACS is equipped with a dual Spectrum Aeromed MEDEVAC system which makes possible to transport in a same flight, either two adult patients requiring Intensive Care Units (ICU), or to install two incubators for transportation of babies with few hours of life. The BELL 412EP has multiple electric, vacuum and oxygen connections onboard to supply all the emergency equipments. Resuscitators and portable respirators integrate standard equipment.

In order to attend multiple medical evacuations on catastrophe zones, the BELL 412EP can be configured to accommodate simultaneously up to eight patients in litters. It can also be configured to transport more than 1,400 litres of water in an external ventral tank for fire fighting operations and its internal load capacity is more than 1,000 kilograms.

In its executive version, the BELL 412EP can accommodate up to ten passengers plus luggage.

The BELL 412EP of ACS receives regular maintenance at the Aeronautical Maintenance Facilities of ACS (DNA 1B-358). Its serial number is # 36261 and is registered as LV-ZXO.
